The location was very convenient and easy to access. The staff was helpful and kind, and they even provided me with choices not on the buffet. The hotel facilities were clean and relaxing, with centralised AC and 24/7 hot water.

Some guests encountered some uncleanliness and untrained staff. One guest reported biting ants in their bed.

We had a great romantic escape at this hotel. The air conditioning was centralised and extremely pleasant, while the 24/7 hot water made our stay comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we even had easy access to nearby stores. The helpful staff delivered top-notch food with choices not on the buffet, which added to our experience.
Although we enjoyed our romantic getaway, the breakfast offering was lacking in options and inadequate in trained staff to address the shortfall. There were also times when the loud doorbell of the room distracted us while staying next to noisy guests. We felt as if there was a lack of trained housekeeping service to address these issues.

The hotel had good quality bed linen and towels. the location of the hotel was close to the city center and main attractions. the hotel had a 24, hour check, in desk, which was convenient for late check, ins.
The room was not cleaned properly and we found a lot of dust and dirt on the furniture. We also found a few bugs crawling around.
